Join us in a discussion around how practices are managing the NHS England’s push for a Modern General Practice. Increased digital access through online platforms and telehealth, improved appointment scheduling with triage systems to better manage patient needs, a focus on preventative care with incentives for GPs to identify and treat high-risk conditions early, and the expansion of multidisciplinary teams with additional roles like care navigators to support patient access and care coordination. All aimed at enhancing accessibility, reducing waiting times, and improving patient experience. But is this actually working?
